Volunteers Are Needed to Make a Difference
Community volunteers sought to participate in Circles of Support, a Goodwill NCW program that assists and supports men and women released from incarceration back into the community.
Volunteers are needed to be in weekly support group meetings for ex-offenders recently released from incarceration. Opportunities include providing support at weekly Circles of Support meetings, conducting intakes with new participants, meeting 1:1 with participants, and/or transporting participants. Be a part of the solution.
Circles of Support volunteers receive specialized training and come from all backgrounds: faith community, business community, neighbors, concerned citizens, civic organizations, etc.
Circles volunteers meet as a group with ex-offenders to support their success in the community and help increase accountability.
Do you have an interest in making our community safer? Do you have a genuine willingness to help others? Consider being part of our mission.
All interested volunteers over age 22 encouraged to inquire.
Variable time commitment of approximately once per week is asked of the volunteers.
